City of Sydney gives planning approval for 505 George Street

The City of Sydney has just given planning approval for 505 George Street, a landmark project designed for the future that will transform the city’s skyline. The tower will reach 270 meters in height, making it Sydney’s tallest residential building. It will feature residential apartments, a restaurant and bar, while the podium provides space for childcare amenities and conference rooms. The tower’s innovative and synergetic design will invigorate the local precinct and will prove a pioneer in environmentally sustainable design.
