Martin Reuter Speaker at Sydney Build 2025
2030 and Beyond - Skyscrapers That Will Change The Face of Sydney's Skyline
Martin, a long-standing creative force at ingenhoven associates, will take the stage at Sydney Build 2025 to share insights on the future of high-rise architecture. With nearly three decades of experience shaping transformative buildings across Europe and Asia-Pacific — including Sydney’s 1 Bligh Street and the upcoming 505 George — Martin brings a deep understanding of how tall buildings can serve both cities and climate goals.
His panel will explore two core themes: urban layering and sustainability at height. The first focuses on how towers can become “good neighbours” by integrating with their context — through permeable podiums, slender forms, and civic-scaled public realms. The second addresses the technical and cultural shift required to achieve top-tier sustainabulity goals in super high-rise buildings, combining intelligent façades, adaptive systems, and circular design strategies.
