Sechs Sterne über Sydney
On August 30, 2011, the new office tower “1 Bligh” will be in augurated in dontown Sydney. This prominent addition to the skyline was designed by ingenhoven + architectus. It is the first building in Australia to have a double skin facade with great panoramic windows overlooking Sydney’s Harbour Bridge.
It was awarded a “6 Star/World Leadership”-rating for its sustainable design according to the Australian Eco-Standard “Green Star”. It is the first office tower in Sydney to get this rating from the „Green Building Councils of Australia“ (GBCA).
